MeadWestvaco Divests Mill

MeadWestvaco Corp. has agreed to sell its Stevenson, AL, corrugating medium mill and related assets to Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. for approximately $375 million. This includes seven container plants and 82,000 acres of timberlands.
